Individual Counseling

Individual counseling is your time to focus on yourself, one-on-one, in a safe and nonjudgmental environment, and to begin moving towards what you want in life. This may mean working through past issues or traumas, gaining insight and perspective, identifying unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior, dealing with your current problems and stressors, and/or setting specific goals.
